I just finished watching A League Of Their Own and the entire time, I couldn't help but think of Quantum Leap throughout the ENTIRE show! It's so funny how one person from QL can put your mind in the midst of a totally different show!
Renee Coleman, who played "Alice Gaspers" in A League Of Their Own" just through it back into the Quantum Leap realm. Why? Who is Renee Coleman?
Why, she's the one and only Alia. I kept expecting a portal to open up and for Thames or Zoe to walk out of it. Hehe.
I laughed hard during one part of it. Tom Hanks is the manager of the team
"Jimmy Dugan", and he walks into the team room and he says:
"What's that smell?"
"It's Alice's socks. She thinks it's back luck to change them!" One of the girls say.
"You're killin' me Alice! You're killin' me!"
Still, it's nice to see (even if it's a movie from 1992) an actress from QL on other things as well.
