Yep, there was a Disney forum I used to hang out on and mod at years ago. Over my admonitions, the lead admins made a FB group and within a few months the forum was dead.

The upgrade you and Morgan made here is terrific!! I keep hoping traffic and interaction will upswing. Such a special place you've made for fans.

I'm probably going to make a Blue Sky account just to keep up on things in the world, but otherwise yeah Twitter and Facebook have gotten incredibly toxic and it's clear the owners have no interest in people who want to create communities. They just want the maximum interaction no matter how toxic it is. You can just look at the quality of the advertising. Versace and Mercedes used to advertise on Twitter. Now it's all scams. Facebook isn't far behind.

It would be great. Facebook has really killed the forum style everywhere. The upgrade this year is so good!
Its got to be hard for you to keep track of everything scattered over all those sites. Remembering all those passwords, constantly going back and forth.
It was nice when everything was centralized decades ago. It's the same thing that happened on a forum I belong to that's dedicated to 57-61 cars. Facebook, and all these other sites came along and everyone migrated to 20 other different sites and now it's hard to keep track of things that get listed because now everything's being posted on Facebook and different sites and a lot of people don't want to join Facebook and other sites..Glad Al's place is still here, but it sounds like you've got a lot of irons in the fire too.

Yes lol irons in the fire. I check everything about once a week and send replies as needed. But it's fun. And if it's not fun, I take a break for a little while until it's fun again.

That's the only way to do it! But I just wanted to say thanks for your hard work. I was watching Quantum Leap again last night. Actually I was up all night watching 8 episodes..and it always impresses me and takes me back to that time. This was such a great television show, produced by veterans of the industry and it had a fantastic cast. The chemistry between Dean and Scott made the series. I always felt that, even when Quantum Leap was new,it never got the recognition it deserved. It should have lasted a lot longer than it did.
