Generally, at conventions like this, autographs aren't "gratis". There is generally a separate ticket that needs to be purchased for an autograph. Currently, there's no information regarding signature tickets on the information page. However, there is a Scott Bakula VIP package (http://wizardworldcanada.ticketleap.com/scottbakulavip/
) that specifically mentions that it includes a signature ticket. That leads me to believe that, unless you get the VIP package, you would need to purchase a separate signature ticket for his autograph in addition to the admission ticket.
