Artwork?

I was just wondering because my best friend and i were just looking at the artwork posted on the site, and i was wondering how you get a peice of art onto the site because i made this image and posted it in the smileys and avatars cuz i didnt know where else to put it:

and i was wondering if i could get it desplayed because i am a terrible artist but i managed to pull off this very difficult peice with a lot of hard work, and would like to show it off.

powerpoint and paint
i dont have any fancy programs like a lot of people do, i had photoshop CS like a trial version but i couldnt figure out how to use it, and then the trail expired. i wish i could learn how to use it.
