Sam goes back to the mid 1990's and tries to prevent the death of a young mother who is accidently killed and ends up saving a depressed friend of her's by making the friend realize that not everything is bad that happens to good people

Sam leaps into a guy who's older brother about to get married to the mother of his 7 year old daughter and must stop the wedding because the bride has no plans to make sure her and her future husband live happily ever after or have a long marriage.
